Before each appointment, we require a telehealth visit with our resident Doctor, James Suliburk M.D. to help assure your safety as well as guide you to the right services. Please book your first appointment and we will reach out to schedule your initial telehealth consult.

I Am A New Patient, Do I Need Telehealth?
Yes, all new patients require an initial consult with our resident doctor James Suliburk M.D. before their first visit. This is for you safety as well as to help guide you to the services that are best for you.

HOW LONG WILL I NEED TREATMENT?
Each individual has their own tailored planned implemented by our physician. Our physician will work with you to determine your course of treatment.

WHO CAN TAKE SEMAGLUTIDE?
To determine if you are a good candidate, our physician will first order a comprehensive lab panel to address any underlying causes that may be preventing you from losing weight. We will also go over any contraindications that may disqualify you from taking any weight loss medication. Please let your provider know if you are currently on any weight loss medications or supplements, have kidney, heart, or liver problems, or are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, and/or breastfeeding.

WHAT ARE GLP-1 MEDICATIONS & HOW DO THEY WORK?
Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. GLP-1 affects areas of the brain that help regulate appetite, thus is an appetite suppressant and will decrease the intake of food. Semaglutide also delays how quickly your stomach empties food, keeping you feeling full longer.

If you have insurance coverage & our physician determines you meet the criteria we can help you utilize your benefits through your preferred pharmacy. However, we do not accept insurance for our medical oversight or initial consultation.

After this is scheduled, you may go back and schedule an in person appointment with Rachel.
No visitors please due to the nature of the appointment and limited space in the atelier.
24 hour cancellation required. $100 late/no show cancellation fee 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes if you have not arrived your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
