A CC required to book. Our cancellation policy requires a 24 hour cancellation required. $100 late/no show cancellation fee 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes if you have not arrived your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. All new patients must schedule a one time telehealth visit with the doctor. No visitors please due to the nature of the appointment and limited space in the atelier
